Create new spreadsheet and include links to other spreadsheet
(='file:///foo.ods'#Sheet1.C1). Now save and close the document. Update linked
spreadsheet (foo.ods), save it and open the previous one. The dialog "This file
contains links to other files..." will be displayed. If accepted, the
spreadsheet content will be updated but save icon and menu entry will stay 
disabled.

If links are refreshed from the „Edit > Links“ dialog save button works as
expected and becomes enabled if document content is changed.

One user reported on [email protected] list that this is a regression from
3.0. I guess that some modify flag left unset and this should be fixed in 3.1.1.
