------- Additional comments from [email protected] Mon May 18 15:25:47 +0000 2009 ------- Many drawing programs (e.g. Inkscape) have a function to match colors that already exist in the document. Often it's represented by an eyedropper icon. Using the eyedropper cursor, one clicks on a point or drags over a region, and the color of that point (or average color for a region) is displayed. Or better, transferred directly to a selected object. I'm importing files created elsewhere, and not having this feature has stopped me cold in my project. Surely this functionality exists, but I just haven't found it, in which case I apologize. Surely this is a duplicate request, but I just haven't found it, in which case I apologize. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
