The function EFFECT_ADD do not belong to the functions of ODF1.2, but is to be
replaced with EFFECTIVE for ODF1.2. This is possible, because both calculate the
same, but differ only in the displayed format. What you see is intended,
therefore I set this issue to "wontfix".
The function EFFECT_ADD will be used further on, if you set the save option to
ODF1.1.
