Also all kinds of arithmetic with time values don't work. You can obviously use
functions like "=A1+time(0,40,0)" instead of "=A1+00:40:00", but this shouldn't
be necessary, and it worked in 2.x.

Actually, in cells formatted as time (like "HH:MM"), even values in formulas
should not be converted to floating point for editing
("=A1+0,0277777777777778"), but should keep the time format and be editable as
"=A1+00:40") - this would be much easier.

I know this would only work for adding and subtracting (multiplying by 2 would
otherwise be shown as multyplying by 48 hours/2days).
