The user can set a drawing scale under Tools > Options > OOo Draw > General so
that positions and sizes are shown as their "real world" values.

Using OOo Draw to trace distances on a map may require large scales, 1:1000 or
more--e.g. 1 cm on the drawing represents 100 m on the map is a 1:10,000 scale.

With such scales, OOo Draw may have trouble displaying or entering object
position and/or size (see the attached sample document):

* The position and size shown on the status bar is incorrect, sometimes showing
negative width or height.

* The position shown in the "Position & Size" dialog is also incorrect, and x-
or y-values entered are clipped to (-0.02,0.02).

If line C in the sample document is selected, and moved with the cursor either
vertically or horizontally, the position shown in the status bar cycles through
the range (-0.21,0.21).
