Layout manager has a optimization that it never resizes the component window, if no resize is necessary (no docking area window size has changed). This optimization cannot work, if no toolbar/statusbar is created (preview frame). Now the layout manager forces a resize for every COMPONENT_ATTACHED/REATTACHED.
