Two properties in the WW8 file format are used in the WW8 import filter to
determine, if an object has to be send into the background - FSPA.fBelowText and
fBehindDocument from the escher container. Till SRC680m88 only one of these had
to be set to import an object into the background. SRC680m89 changed this - both
properties have to be set. This is wrong as further investigation reveals:
Depending on the user action in Microsoft Word, which brought the object into
the background, property FSPA.fBelowText isn't set. If an object is send via
'context menu -> order -> send behind text' into the background and afterwards
nothing else is changed at the object properties, FSPA.fBelowText isn't set.
Thus, value of FSPA.fBelowText can be neglected in the WW8 import filter for the
determination, if an objects is in background or not.
