There is no bug. Please increase the decimal places.
=4709*0,055 results in 258,995
Therefore =MOD(A1;1) gives the remainder 0,995. Displaying with zero decimal
places results in 1, which you see.
And =MOD(259;1) gives the remainder 0, which is correct.
