Cell (sheet) protection is erratic in behaviour; there seems to be some
interaction with cell colouration fill. Unpredictable behaviour. Some cells that
should have been protected aren't AND vice versa!
Under Tools | Protect Document | Sheet | Options, why is Select locked cells an
option? Surely the whole idea of locking a cell is to make it unselectable??
I think this should be reworded!
I could supply the recalcitrant spreadsheet if necessary (how do I do that?).
