If this was a "general" problem (happening with quite every MS-Office) we would
have found it since 3.1rc is out.
Once again, an issue must be reproducible to be analyzed.
If you can't reproduce it yourself there's quite no chance that we can do it.
Living this issue open for "Others who have the same problem" will probably lead
to a lot of "me too" for everyone crashing in the context of an MS-Office
document.
Untill now as the problem is not surrounded, nobody can tell what "the same"
problem is.
Try to find out reproducible steps, specific crashing documents and then we can
start looking for an analyze.
