He said he would estimate a week of work to fix this issue and i thought he meant a week from now... that's why i asked him news a week later. Now i realize that he only said he needed a week but he did not say he would start doing it immediately... I didn't notice that the issue status was still NEW and not STARTED.... my fault!!!
