(What I - and my colleagues - expect from an accurate AND concise report) "- open attached document -> the source reference (abcddef) is not the same as the target reference (abcddddef)" Most of the time, we don't need more ! :) You can also make it more simple (meaning *faster* to understand) when you surround the problem and exclude from the document useless information: frames, tables.... A simple document showing: <setref>Teeeeext</setref> <ref>Text</ref> would have been understandable from the start.
