the vcl part is implemented now in CWS printerpullpages; there is now a
SetDuplexMode complimenting the GetDuplexMode; also DuplexMode now contains
DUPLEX_SHORTEDGE and DUPLEX_LONGEDGE instead of just DUPLEX_ON.
We can add the Duplex API part for this when we move API printing to the new
renderable interface.
