Sure it does not disable automatic capitalization. That's because it has nothing
to do with it! If you want to stop automatic capitalization go and change the
respective setting for the auto correction.
The effect of setting in Writing Aids can only be seen if a word was written in
lowercase that always needs to be written with a uppercase starting character.
The other way around can't be checked since any word can be at the start of a
sentence and thus may start with an uppercase letter. To see that it would
require a word like "edison". If capitalization checking is turned off than the
lowecase written word should not be marked as wrong.
However debugging the current implementation it turns out that in case of
"edison" the spell checker returns SPELLING_ERROR where it better should have
returned CAPTION_ERROR in 'GetSpellFailure'.
tl->nemeth: Is it possible for hunspell to properly detect capitalization errors
and return CAPTION_ERROR for those?
