If the follow style is set to something else then the page-style itself it
forces that style on the following page. As an example take First Page, the
following page cannot be assigned to First Page, but remains Standard. Hence
the setting suggest that it forces the style set as "follow style". The user
is not allowed to set the followed page to anything else but the "follow
style".

If one takes this experience to the Standard page-style, it suggests that the
"follow style" of Standard must be Standard and cannot be changed by the user.
However, the page-style of a page that follows Standard is not always Standard
but "any". There is no hint for the user that setting the "follow style" to
itself changes the functionality from "forced follow style" to "suggested
follow style". Thus the follow style setting is inconsistent in its
functionality without giving any hint to the user.

Adding the dummy entry "any style" would be the hint that a user needs to
understand/handle the two types of functionality without the need for any
further knowledge.
