To avoid this do Insert - Page break in Word instead of pressing
<Enter><Enter><Enter><Enter><Enter> when you want to place contents on the other
page.
The layout has moved from Word to OOo because of this bad practice AND because
yes somewhere there are some pixels differences which shift the whole layout to
the next page or not.
The same happens in your document inside Word if you decide to reduce the font
size from 11 to 10. This does NOT happen if you use Page breaks: The whole
layout is then stable.
