Just occured in DEV300m49 on WinXP

How to reproduce it
1 Create a new Spreadsheet doc, enter some characters in any cell, CTRL+C
2 Format - Validity - Criteria - Allow: select any item in the list, Value:
  CTRL+V
3 Enter some characters in the Value box, then CTRL+C, then close the Validity
  dialog, CTRL+V in any cell

Result
After step2, paste nothing in the Value box
After step3, copy nothing from the Value box, just paste the data from step1

Expectation
CTRL+C/V works very well

Regards
Li Meiying
