It should be possible to supress the information window of an older OOo version,
that appears when opening a OOo 3.x document with OOo 2.x. The information says,
that there is already a newer version of OOo available and if this should be
downloaded now.

If a company is working with both, OOo 2.4 and OOo 3.1 at the same time and
often exchanging documents internally, so that users, who work with the older
versions always get this information. Of course they do not want (are not
allowed) to download the newer version and this message is annoying if one gets
it everytime when opening a OOo 3.1 document.
