Problem is, that the Chart is designed in this uncomfortable way. It consists of
many small single objects and has not been created as a whole Chart object.
To select these objects all together, you have to use the "Selection" tool from
the Drawing toolbar (enable this bar via View.Toolbars.Drawing).
The frames containing the text won't be selected by this tool - this is already
tracked as issue 6249.
