this is actually a feature. A tittle shape is not allowed to have more than one
paragraph. If you press return inside a title shape then a soft line break is
created instead. This allows the contents of the title shape to be used as the
title, for example in html export or the outline view. So for a shape that only
has one paragraph, a numbering does not make much sense.
