Good Day!

I am having an issue with getting OpenOffice Calc to start. The conditions are
as follows:

Machine: Dell Latitude D600 Laptop, 512 Mbyte DRAM, 40 Gbit HD. (Hey, the price
was right...)
OS: Fedora Core 10, fresh install, yum update executed before open office
install.
OO Install Image: OOO310_m11_native_packed-2_en-US.9399

Description:
I Had installed Open Office just after upgrading the OS install with yum. I
downloaded the above image from your website and executed the .setup.

When I tried to start the application via the icon, I got an error looking for
some libs. I tried starting the application from the command line and received a
particular error, which I sought out on google. There was a google solution to
the error in rebuilding a link to “ure” (Not 100% sure right now) after which
all but one of the applications are functioning properly.

The only issue is calc – I cannot get it to start by icon, I cannot start it by
the “soffice” selection, and I cannot start it from the command line. I all
cases, the machine is apparently silent – I get no error indication whatsoever,
I also get no application.

My question to you is how can I provide sufficient data to you to get a handle
on where this bug is?

I Look forward to your reply...
