Please choose "File - Export as PDF" instead of "File - Export - PDF"
The Selection box seems to be useless here.
It is possible to choose "Selection" in the "PDF Options" dialog which follows
the save dialog. Then the selection works.
@CD/PL: assigned to CD because seems to have something to do with native Vista
dialog. PL as CC because it's not clear why we still have "File - Export - PDF"
while there exists a "File - Export as PDF"

- Using the Vista dialogs: the dialog shows a selectable checkbox "Selection".
Selecting this checkbox has no effect on the "Selection" option of the following
"PDF Option" dialog
@PL: IOs there a reason why we still have PDF in the export filters while we
also have a dedicated "File - Export as PDF" menu?
