B6 and Envelope I bet are the ones different from master. The UI numbers are
mixed up slightly so getting different real paper sizes for those names. That's
a definite one to fix
Where do you get the documentation for a width of 18,50 cm for 16Kai and 18,50
cm height for 32kai ? The document I was able to find about the Kai sizes, i.e.
