seen m50, good.

Probably need to make the Xinerama stuff per Screen for gtk and generic. There
should no particular technical reason why there can't be two screens in a
display, and one or more of those screens then being an Xinerama screen
comprising two or more physical monitors. Which does give rise to other
questions about what the uno XDisplayWhateveritsCalled means with it hands out
numbers for the "primary" display whatever a "primary" display might be and how
to count them in a multi-monitor per screen situation. And other questions about
should the presenter-screen launch the presentation by default on a "primary" or
on a secondary on the basis that a laptops screen is probably the first entry in
the Xinerama list and so probably best termed the "primary" while the ideal
situation is to appear on the overhead projector without any manual
configuration. Anyway, to-do stuff.
