Does it help to rename configuration directory openoffice.org (hidden) ? Close
OOo and quickstart first.
It is located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application
Data\Openoffice.org where <user> is the name you use to connect to your PC.
When you restart OOo don't accept to import personal data if OOo 2 was installed
before OOo 3. So you will have clean default configuration data.
