AW: Very mysterious. Looks like a pure virtual function call caused by
OverlayObject::createOverlayObjectPrimitive2DSequence which is triggered by
MouseOverIndicatorOverlay in SD. That class overloads the method as needed, so i
see no real reason for this. I will make createOverlayObjectPrimitive2DSequence
no longer pure virtual, but add an implementation which will always assert for a
missing implementation. Trying...
