Please control your brackets, stripping the outer ifs I get
in cell F3 =IF(G3="TODO";E3*factor_correccion;(D3+E3)/2)*factor_correccion
in cell F6 =IF(G6="P2";((D6+E6)/2)*factor_correccion;E6*factor_correccion)
In F3 you multiply the result of the if with factor_correccion.
