(This is for OOO310m11, build 9399, but the dropdowns don't have that version)

Love 3.1, but...

With a long text document, if you place the insertion point somewhere by
clicking with the mouse, and then scroll down the document using the mousewheel,
at some stage (after about a second) the document will return to the insertion
point. When you then scroll down again to where you were trying to read, it does
not repeat, and allows you to read what you wanted...

This is new behaviour - it didn't do this in 3.0

Try it with the document I've placed at the URL.
