------- Additional comments from [email protected] Fri Jun 12 17:54:13 +0000 2009 ------- I have a custom icc profile for my monitor. Whenever I start an OO.org program, it resets the colour profile applied to the Video LUTs. This is very annoying since a profile is used to display colours properly on a specific monitor, but OO.org resets it and therefore won't display the correct colours. After the program starts, I can apply the profile, but that's inconvenient. Testcase with my comments inline: [Clear the profile to start from scratch] ]$ dispwin -c [Install and apply my current icc profile] ]$ dispwin -I /home/curtis/.local/share/color/icc/current.icc [verify the profile is applied] ]$ dispwin -V /home/curtis/.local/share/color/icc/devices/display/current.icc Verify: '/home/curtis/.local/share/color/icc/devices/display/current.icc' IS loaded (discrepancy 0.0%) [open an OO.org progam] ]$ oocalc wedding.ods ** (soffice:11919): WARNING **: unable to get gail version number [OO.org resets the profile, verified by the following command] ]$ dispwin -V /home/curtis/.local/share/color/icc/devices/display/current.icc Verify: '/home/curtis/.local/share/color/icc/devices/display/current.icc' is NOT loaded (discrepancy 10.1%) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
