confirmed with OOO310m13 and DEV300m50 Win Vista / Linux
Steps to reproduce:
- Insert some paragraphs and assign list style numbering 1
- demote level of some paragraphs to level 2
- Insert a paragraph without numbering
- assign same list style level 2 for some more paragraphs
- Restart numbering in the first paragraph after the unnumbered paragraph
- Save document
- close and reopen document
-> Restarted numbering is not saved
