I have no problem in DEV300_m49 on Solaris-Sparc, EN_US UI, Sun-built.
All Icons show in the Startup center (Welcome dialog) correctly.
Creating a new formula and closing it again Startup center back correctly.
Help - Registration brings the browser with the registration page.
Set to Worksforme.
