Replacing "ProjectIssues" is not easily done in this instance. It is much
easier to make the link available
to your users as you do now.
That said, I'll see if CollabNet can do this, but first: I actually did think,
however, that IssueZilla had
been localized to japanese already. Second, what license would obtain? You
are asking to replace a
CollabNet licensed page with something of your own writing. Are you willing to
cede license to
CollabNet? It's not open source.
