AW: One more detail: The MetaFile for editor view doe not paint the 3D chart
anymore since the MetaFile action MetaBmpExScaleAction does not get useful data
from the BitmapEx of the created chart MetaFile. This can be changed in
BPixelRasterToBitmapEx, a local helper in zbufferprocessor3d.cxx.
Nonetheless, when doing this, it can be seen that a smaller than optimal
(probably the last exported one for Handout page) is painted from now on for
editor screen representation. Thus it seems valid to imply that the PDF export
DOES in some way define the MetaFile used for the further visualisation of the
chart as OLE2 object...
