Originally, I have arranged two panels (style sheets and navigator) in one
sidebar. Each time a new/existing document (no matter what kind of document) is
being created/opened, this sidebar is rearranged automatically into two sidebars
each consisting one panel. So I have to restore the original state by hand for
every new/opened document. This is just one of the most annoying bugs among all
others since OOo 3.0.
