------- Additional comments from [email protected] Tue Jun 16 12:20:00 +0000 2009 ------- Having successfully used Writer for several months I now find that when I try to open either a blank page or a saved document, I get a page "Document Recovery", showing a document name and, in status column, "not recovered yet". The page freezes and I have to exit by using Windows Taskmaster. 1. I was not trying to recover the file. 2. I am using OpenOffice version 3.1 3. I have deleted orig program and re-downloaded, but problem stays. 4. My OS is Windows Vista.
