No need to submit a new issue for an existing one.
Just reopen issue 102855 and add pertinent new info such as:
- A screenshot showing that the document doesn't show any borders anymore in the
document.
- If you can reproduce the same (visible borders) as the print output when
exporting as PDF, then attach also the PDF to issue 102855.
