It should be available via the context menu, like in writer. This worked before
so its a defect not an enhancement.
Maybe we should consider adding the table menu in impress, but maybe that should
wait for the Renaissance project.
Another idea would be to support the insert (row/col) (before/after) slots from
the competition...
