Your "Header" paragraph style has "Font Effects" set to "Hidden" and you proably
have switched the view of the non printable characters to OFF:
- Ctrl+F10 to see the Header
- Format - Styles and Formatting - open context menu of an entry and choose
Modify/New - Font Effects tab and switch Hidden OFF.
