Adding debug info here does not help - and makes the description unreadable - because writerneedsconfirm is *in general* read by people who are not able to interpret debug info AND this still does not make the problem reproducible on our side. If I can reproduce the problem manually, then I'll analyze the problem forward to our developers who can then debug.
