The paragraph with applied paragraph style "Heading" does not show up in the
"Bookmark Tab" of Adobe Acrobat Reader, because it is not a heading. The OOo PDF
export creates the corresponding bookmarks in the PDF file for headings.
Built-In paragraph style "Heading" is used as the parent for the paragraph
styles, which by default are assigned to the outline style (see Menu Tools -
Outline Numbering) and whose appliance cause a paragraph to be become a heading.
May be the name of paragraph style "Heading" is misleading, but this is another
problem.
For further details on headings in OOo Writer you can have a look at the
following specification
http://specs.openoffice.org/writer/numbering/OutlineLevel.odt, especially
chapter 1.5. Here you will find also the possibility to change the above
mentioned paragraph in order to make it a heading.
Resolving this issue as INVALID - the PDF-exported bookmarks are ok regarding
the above given arguements.
