Unfortunately what you describe (and the summary of this issue alone) is too
general to be considered as "issue". Therefore it's invalid.
If you have specific import/export problems with Word documents in OOo, please
file as many issues as problems found and attach sample documents showing the
problems.
Also please before submitting issues, make queries to be sure those problems
have not been already reported.
