Please use http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/dictionaries-ro-contemporary to extract the dictionaries. This particular one tracks our development on sourceforge svn. It does include a real hyphenation dictionary, and it implements the current Romanian orthography. We have an alternate extension at http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/dictionaries-ro-classic for people still using the old Romanian orthographic rules.
