Summary: "Writer: view - rule" is NOT a problem but a menu entry
Description: you just enumerate UI element not addressing clearly what *the
problem* is.
Also please, use an English build besides of localized builds to be able to see
if an UI problem is not in fact a localization problem.
And also, to use the exact English terminology (here, not "rule" but "ruler" :))
I guess you want to address here "Simbol"?
This is not visible in the context menu of the ruler in OOo 3.1 Win32 *English*.
So please compare with an English build and tell us if there is a difference.
