pb: here a better way to reproduce it:
1. you don't need a fresh installation, but you have to delete the views.xcu
from [Office-User-Dir]\user\registry\data\org\openoffice\Office\
2. start soffice
3. open new spreadsheet or drawing
4. open the navigator <F5>
5. close navigator
6. open new text document
7. open navigator -> the content doesn't fit in window
The problem also occurs if you start with a new text document and then a
spreadsheet.
