I will need to adapt ViewContactOfTableObj::createViewIndependentPrimitive2DSequence to take this into account (with primitives, this is the ONLY place i need to change :-)). To do so, i add default parameters to the helpers createNewSdrTextAttribute and createNewSdrFillTextAttribute to provide pointers to integer values for attruibute creation, used only from ViewContactOfTableObj::createViewIndependentPrimitive2DSequence.
