------- Additional comments from [email protected] Tue Jun 23 13:31:10 +0000 2009 ------- In the moment spcing between paragraphs is done by adding the value below paragraph (German: unter Absatz) of the upper paragraph and the above paragraph (German: über Absatz) of the lower paragraph. In many cases e. g. book projects I feel not adding but taking the maximum of both values would result in a much easier design. For example if you now have Heading1 (1,0 cm above, 0,8 cm below), Heading2 (0,6 cm above, 0,4 cm below) and TextBody (0,3 cm above, 0,2 cm below), Distances now: Heading1-Heading2: 1,4 cm; Heading1-TextBody: 1,1 cm; Heading2- TextBody: 0,7 cm; Text Body-Heading1 1,2 cm Distances suggested: Heading1-Heading2: 0,8 cm; Heading1-TextBody: 0,8 cm; Heading2-TextBody: 0,4 cm; Text Body-Heading1 1 cm. My impression is that the implementation was this way in an earlier version (don't know which).
