I'm sorry I do not know what "dialog looks like the "normal"" means but dialog
doesn't look like normal themed Windows XP "File Open" dialog.
To feel the difference please:
1) _make_sure_ that you are using "blue" theme (not Windows 2000 classic"!).
2) Open "File|Open..." from OpenOffice and open "File|Open..." from notepad.exe
The differece should be evident
