Installing an extension with a special license (every user has to accept it when
installing) does not work in shared mode. The GUI doesn't show anything and is
doing nothing. But the commandline is correct with the following message:

unopkg.exe add --shared <path_and_filename_of_the_extension>

"The option '--shared' cannot be used to install extension 'xyz' because every
user has to accept the license of the extension. The extension will not be
installed."

Please enhance the GUI to show this message, too. Also to disable the "Install
for every user" button in the upcoming dialog would be good.
