Example:

1) Let's have a text document. Only 1 page, A5 format (which is defined in
Format - Page...).
2) Now open "Print..." dialog and choose A4 paper size. Print.
3) But the printer gets "required paper size was A5".

In other words, there is no way to specify a paper size when printing, because
OO always uses document format for this. For some tasks, this is quite 
troublesome.

Attached print attributes of one such job (CUPS, page format A4, required paper
size A5). 

Seen on Mandriva 2008.1/Gentoo, OO 3.1.0 Czech (official).
