I can't not reproduce it.
But I do encountered this scenario before. AFAIR, I was not duplicating cells,
but was just selecting cells, then I couldn't stop the scrolling until several
seconds later. I think maybe these are caused by the same root.
I can't reproduce it everytime, only by chance. I can't tell the certain
condition that the problem will occur, so I havn't file an issue yet.
